Privacy Notice - Data Protection Act 1998

The Sir Bernard Lovell School is the Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act. We collect information from Students and may receive information about Students from their previous school and the Learning Records Service.

Information is shared with our learning partners including any outside partner or agency with which we share student data, to support students' learning opportunities.

 We will not give information about students to anyone outside the school without their parents' consent unless the law and our rules allow us to.
