We believe our school is a learning community where learning takes place within an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.  We are engaged in educating 'the whole child' and so strive both for high levels of academic achievement and for the many other skills and qualities which young people need for the future.  We aim to enrich our students by providing excitement and challenge in all areas of the curriculum and by giving them opportunities to play a full part in the life of the school and the community.

Our latest development is a new sports complex with state of the art pitches and courts, which we hope will benefit the wider community as well as encouraging our youngsters to be physically active and to excel at sport.
